- This year together with the Spannabis Festival, Barcelona will also host the "vintage car really Barcelona-Sitge” from the 16th to the 18th march.

- The next important appointment for the Catalans is ”Sant Jordi Festival”, 23rd April, on this day, considered the Catalan Valentine's day, you can buy books and roses for sale almost at every corner, as these are the love presents that people for tradition buy for their beloved.
- Another amazing event that Barcelona could not miss is the Formula 1. If you want to go and watch the Grand Prix F1 raise it's probably best to start shopping around for tickets. The F1 will be in Barcelona from the 10-12 May 2019 and the affluence of people to this event is unbelievable, so if you don't want to miss it is best to get organised from now.
The good season starts and it start getting too hot inside and the warm nights make you feel like you don't want to go to sleep.
With the hotter weather Barcelona gets even busier and the people and parties are on 24hours a day. There's so many different music festivals and artists performing that it's hard to pick only few of the numerous events happening around.
The Barcelona music season starts with the
- "Primavera Sound Festival" which this year will be from the 30th of May to the 1st June, three days of full immersion in one of the biggest international music events of Barcelona, with several international artists and thousands of fans enjoying the vibe.

- The night between the 23rd-24th of June nobody sleeps in Barcelona! Everyone goes to the beach making fires, playing music and socialising the whole night.
Families with children too join the beach and street parties for the celebration of "San Juan Night Festival" in Barcelona.
- June ends with another very important international event, the "Gay Pride" which will be held this year from the 28th to the 30th of June.
July and August are crazy months in Barcelona, with people, music and events one after the other:
- from the 4th to the 6th July the "Vida festival" in Masia de Can Parellada bring together people of any age in a beautiful wild setting with music and a nice vibe.
-At the same time 5-6 July another famous festival is on, but this time on the beach: the Cruilla Barcelona Summer Festival.
- on the 13th of July you can't miss the "Barcelona Beach Festival".
- and if you can stay around a few more days then you can also catch the amazing "Sonar Festival", a three days event (18-20th July) that bring together people from all over the world. - Only few days rest, unless you're planning to travel a couple of hours South to Benicassim for the super famous "Rototom Sunsplash Festival".
- And.. back in Barcelona guys, the party is not over yet...it's the time for the great "DGTL Festival" 23rd and 24th August 2019, another great music appointment packed with big name artists and millions of fans and followers.
August ends but Barcelona never stops!
- September is host of "La Merce Festival” which celebrates the patron of the city with parades, fire works, music and food in the streets of various estates. This year the day of "La Merce" will be celebrated on the 24th September.
